Day 21 Juicing

Soo far I notice that I have hit a plateau, the 2 lbs I thought I lost wasn't true, and well it was at 5am I weighed myself. I am still doing well juicing wise. My pants are loser and I feel lighter. I haven't had the greatest bowl movements and feel that I may be plugged up with a bunch of veggies, so I may need to figure a way to make myself more regular. My stool is dense, and small..lol. I was able to jog up 6 flights of stairs today, without stopping, so tht is a big improvement. And I will be jogging again after work. I find myself being out more in my element, 'nature' and less in the gym, but still getting a good workout and enjoying every bit of it.

Ok scratch that, I think all the veggies have decided to exit the plant, lol. what a relief!

I believe that jogging helps a person become more regular.
